We had the pleasure of celebrating National Employee Appreciation Day, a special occasion to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of our incredible team members. Their contributions have played a crucial role in transforming us into the successful global company we are today.

It provided the perfect opportunity for us all to pause, reflect, and actively acknowledge the achievements, strengths, and kindness of our colleagues. It also served as a reminder of the positive impact we all have on each other and the company as a whole.

To mark the occasion, we organised several activities to show our appreciation. Here are some of the highlights from the day:

• Appreciation Box (personalised appreciation notes from colleague-to-colleague) delivered throughout the day
• An online recognition wall where team members from different sites could share messages of thanks and recognition
• Appreciation posters and digital  signage displayed across the office, celebrating our employees
• Sweet treats to keep everyone fuelled for the day ahead
• A shoutout on social media to further recognise the contributions of our team members.
