At R&M, we believe in giving back and making a difference in the communities we operate in. This year we gave R&Mers the opportunity to be involved in our charity selection process by inviting recommendations and putting them to the vote.  This was a great way for everyone to have their say and be actively engaged from the outset.

The votes are now in and we are excited to announce that the charity we’ll be supporting in 2025 is Cancer Research UK. This charity needs no introduction. It is one of the largest cancer research organisations in the world and is making great strides in cancer research, advocacy for policy change, prevention awareness, and support for patients.

R&M Electrical Group Managing Director, William Crook, says,

We are proud and excited to be supporting Cancer Research UK in its charitable endeavours. Not only is this an important step in our commitment to social responsibility, but it is also a cause that R&Mers are very passionate about. We look forward to playing our part by raising awareness and delivering a series of fundraising activities across our UK sites throughout 2025.

To ensure we maximise our fundraising efforts, we’re setting up an R&M Fundraising Squad, with representatives from each R&M UK site, who will drive our fundraising activities in their region. We'll share stories and photos on our site over the coming months.
