We are proud to announce that we have achieved Bronze in Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Index Awards 2023/24. This demonstrates that we have started the journey to better mental health at work by developing and implementing initiatives that promote positive mental health for our people.

Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Index is a benchmark of best policy and practice, celebrating the good work employers are doing to promote and support positive mental health, and providing key recommendations on the specific areas where there is room to improve.

Our Group Sales Director, David Robinson, says, “Seeing such positive feedback and progress in key areas is great, and understanding the steps we need to take to ensure R&M is better equipped to support workplace mental health and wellbeing is even better”.

We are committed to building on these positive changes and plan to roll out new initiatives throughout the year to further promote and support positive mental health in our workplace.
