R&M Lumen Electrical Inc – global electrical and lighting suppliers to the Cruise Line and Marine Sectors.

R&M Electrical Group Ltd and Lumen International Inc are delighted to announce the coming together of two of the major Global electrical and lighting suppliers to the Cruise Line and Marine Sectors.

R&M Electrical Group Ltd (Marine Division) a company registered in the UK with overseas companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Australia, Singapore, Thailand, Cyprus and the Philippines acquired Lumen International Inc a company registered in Miami, Florida, USA on the 31st December 2016.

Subsequently the company has been renamed as “R&M Lumen Electrical Inc” and commenced trading under that name from the 1st January 2017.

We are also pleased to announce that Jan Kaulen one of the founder owners of “Lumen International inc” will remain actively involved in the new operation, taking the role of President responsible for operations in Miami

In addition Nick Jenkin, R&M’s Global Marine Sales Manager will relocate to Miami and will be responsible for developing and servicing business in North America alongside his global role. Matt Rosier from R&M will also join the Miami team in a commercial role having had responsibility for Group Purchasing at R&M Electrical for over 12 years.

We believe this team will exceed our customers expectations and that the transition will be seamless in terms of client experience.

A Complete Electrical Solution

“R&M Lumen International Inc” Miami  will expand on its historical lighting supply business to include the “Complete Electrical Solution” including the full range of Electrical, Cable, Consumables and Containment products. We will be asking all of our clients for assistance in helping us define our Miami inventory requirements based on your historical usage and demands.

We believe this is a very exciting development and we look forward to “partnering with you” to provide a global electrical and lighting supply solution for your fleets.
