R&M Siraj Naybur's Quality Management Processes have been ISO 9001 certified.

The demanding certification process was conducted by BAS (Bureau of Assessment Services) whose assessment focuses on eight key quality management principles:

• Customer focus
• Leadership
• Involvement of people
• Process approach
• System approach
• Continual Improvement
• Fact based decision-making
• Mutually beneficial supplier relationship.

We were quietly confident that the rigorous systems and procedures we have in place would demonstrate the key requirements the ISO Quality Management prerequisites and we are delighted that this has been validated by BAS and the award of the ISO 9001 certificate.  Having a clear, strong and demonstrable Quality Management Plan has numerous advantages for Siraj Naybur, including the maximising of efficiency, reducing operational costs, promoting enhanced management skills and all in all increasing our customer satisfaction levels – which has been key to our success within the region!
